SAR provides advice on investment and promotion of the real estate market in Portugal, from the structuring and negotiation phase to the completion of the investment, with special focus on:

(i) planning, preparation and creation of corporate investment structures, including mergers and acquisitions as well as due diligence

(ii) preparation and negotiation of contracts suitable for investment implementation (e.g. purchase and sale, transfer of shareholdings, sale and lease back, purchase option, exchange, contract work, project and supervision; use and management of property, leasing, transfer of operation or transfer of business premises, among others;

(iii) Setting up, operating and functioning of tourist resorts
